Senior Cybersecurity Analyst - International Cyber Programs

Position Overview:

ANSER is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to support a federal program in cybersecurity planning, analysis, development, and promulgation of cybersecurity strategies. In this role you will support the DoD International Cybersecurity Program (ISCP) in developing international CS outreach strategies, action plans, engagement plans, awareness activities, activity reports, and strategic recommendations; efforts to promote regional cooperation, information sharing, and interoperability initiatives aligned to greater national and DoD policy objectives.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Support the development of draft agreements, directives, instructions, guidance and information papers.
• Coordination and execution of international exercises, workshops and training; and initiatives promoting foreign disclosure and release
• Support collaborations with OSD Policy, the Joint Staff, United States Strategic Command, United States Cyber Command, Regional Combatant Commands and other agencies for coordinated policy development and international CS engagement
• Support the development of National Disclosure Policy agreements, amendments, updates, and modifications.
• Establish and satisfy complex enterprise-wide cybersecurity requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
• Assist in tracking the DoD Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM) Program policy development.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of strategy, doctrine, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide cybersecurity expertise during policy, initiative, manual, and instruction development to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security engineering and cyber defense across DoD networks and capabilities.
• Advise and assist during collaborations with various agencies during coordinated policy development and international CS/DCO engagements.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise to research evolving CS management methodologies.
• Support ongoing and future enhancements of a seamless integrated enterprise-wide decision structure for cybersecurity risk management (RMF) that aligns to guidance and policy.
• Create and maintain capability deployment concept of operations and strategy document outlining capabilities, gaps, deployment timelines, roadmaps, and measures of effectiveness and performance.
• Provide support to the DCIO-CS for the development and promulgation of cybersecurity requirements for cloud capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity related field, Program Management or other similarly related field.
• 10+ years general work experience OR 14+ years of general work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Relevant experience providing government or defense agencies decision support, analysis, technical program support related to cybersecurity and/or systems engineering and supporting cybersecurity, technology programs.
