Job Summary:
Greets members and their guests as they arrive at the pool. Checks member identification and collects all guest fees. Conducts all waiting, serving, and bussing duties regarding world-class food and beverage service at the pool. Responsible for daily and on-going pool area cleanliness including trash, pool furniture, and pool accessories. Assists the F&B department with general service and cleanliness duties. This position is critical to the delivery of world-class service to our members, and it is the responsibility of the attendants to be friendly, courteous, and helpful under any and all circumstances. You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision, and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies, and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them.

- Starting Wage: $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet members and their guests as they arrive at the pool.
- Check member identification and collect any guest pool fees.
- Take all food and drink orders. Wait and buss tables.
- Assist F&B department with general service and cleanliness.
- Perform daily accounting and deposits.
- Ensure that pool is opened and closed at appropriate times daily.
- Conduct all daily pool opening and closing duties.
- Clean pool deck and all pool furniture daily. Clean and organize pool deck and furniture throughout the shift.
- Keep clean towels stocked throughout the day.
- Collect all dirty towels and place in designated areas.
- Conduct pool chemical tests during the day.
- Conduct daily pool vacuuming and cleaning.
- You are responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner. You must be knowledgeable of the company’s work safe policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months guest service experience
Preferred:
- Previous wait staff or hosting experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous pool attendant experience
- Previous Food and Beverage experience
