About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer/Coordinator to support the outsourced join our engineering team on a large, dynamic studio campus. This role will report directly to the Chief Building Engineer and provide essential support to the Program/Project Manager, focusing on the planning, execution, and closeout of a wide array of capital improvement projects, infrastructure maintenance initiatives, and operational enhancements across the campus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Required

2-5 years of experience in project coordination, project engineering, or construction
management, preferably within a large commercial campus, studio, or corporate
environment.
Proven understanding of core building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)
systems and general construction practices.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Google Suite, Asana, Primavera
P6).
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and technical
specifications.

Preferred

Experience working in a studio, media, or entertainment industry environment.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP, ServiceChannel).
EIT certification, PMP certification, or other relevant professional accreditation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction
Management) or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in the Albuquerque area.
