What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
  • Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
  • Process payments and explain invoices with confidence and compassion
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors

What You'll Bring

  • Previous veterinary client service or reception experience preferred
  • At least two years of veterinary experience is recommended
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
