What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
- Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
- Process payments and explain invoices with confidence and compassion
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Help create an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors
What You'll Bring
- Previous veterinary client service or reception experience preferred
- At least two years of veterinary experience is recommended
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
