- Responsible for the frontend development of Governance solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.

- Responsible for the development of scenarios like risk management, moderation, service-care and etc.

- Constantly improve customer experience through quantitative service monitoring, alerting, and the use of data and operational dashboards.
