Purpose of the Role

The Civil Construction Coordinator plays an integral role in ensuring the successful execution of civil and structural works across complex projects.

This role provides leadership, coordination, and technical guidance to forepeople and field crews, ensuring construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and Worley’s sustainability commitments. The Civil Construction Coordinator ensures alignment between engineering design and field implementation, supporting Worley’s purpose of delivering a more sustainable world while helping our customers meet today’s glob
