About the role

As a Junior HR Advisor at fonQ, together with the HR lead and HR intern, you play an important role within the organization. You are responsible for various HR processes and contribute to fonQ's culture. It is an independent role with many opportunities for development and growth. You thrive on working with all aspects of HR: from administration, recruitment, and absenteeism to various HR projects. You will have the chance to grow and develop in an ambitious and fast-changing environment.

What will you do?

• Assist employees with various question - You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers. This includes questions about AFAS (HR system), leave, schedules, anniversaries, laws and regulations, etc.

• Handle administrative tasks meticulously - You will manage HR administration, including monthly payroll, contracts, personnel files, and leave registration.

• Recruit the right talent - You will work on the recruitment and selection of new employees, including drafting job postings, screening CVs, and conducting interviews.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures - You will support various HR projects such as employee satisfaction surveys and talent development.

• Take responsibility for the well-being of fonQ employees - You will assist with absenteeism management and work on initiatives that contribute to employee well-being.

Requirements

Who are you?

• You have completed higher professional education (hbo) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• You have 1 to 2 years of work/internship experience in an HR role 
• You are strong in communication, both verbal and written.
• You are precise, organized, and able to prioritize effectively.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and have an open attitude.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
