Drybar Lead Customer Service & Sales Representative
Job Summary
At Drybar our Lead Customer Service & Sales Representative is called a Bartender. You're the face of the client experience, the hostess of the hair party—from check-in to check-out. You ensure smooth shop flow, follow Bartender Non-Negotiables, and support daily operations and sales. You play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a fun, efficient, and professional atmosphere.

Being a Drybar Bartender is more than working the front desk—you're a leader on the floor. You help the shop run smoothly, keep the team on schedule, and support clients with energy and empathy. Whether you’re making a sale, solving a scheduling challenge, or simply brightening someone’s day, you are key to the success of the shop.
Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk Operations
Greet and check in/out clients using Booker
Manage client profiles and troubleshoot scheduling or POS issues
Handle payments, tips, and commissions with integrity
Answer phones and voicemails promptly; escalate concerns as needed
Review client notes to ensure personalized service
Shop Flow & Team Support
Pair clients with Stylists and manage break schedules when needed
Support shop management in maintaining smooth daily operations
Serve complimentary beverages and engage clients to create a bar-like vibe
Maintain clear communication with team and leadership
Sales & Product Knowledge
Recommend and sell products, tools, and memberships
Restock and maintain retail displays
Support merchandising and inventory tasks
Cleanliness & Standards
Maintain shop cleanliness and complete assigned side work
Follow all opening, closing, and shift duties
Training & Culture
Help onboard and train new Bartenders
Contribute to a positive, team-first culture
Attend mandatory meetings and uphold Drybar’s 10 Core Values
Qualifications
2+ years in a customer service or front desk role (salon/spa a plus)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Fast-paced, team-oriented, and detail-driven
Excellent communication and professionalism under pressure
Comfortable standing for 6–8 hour shifts
POS system experience preferred
