Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team at Genesys, a leading provider of cloud communications software. You'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of complex projects, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to power our next wave of growth.

What You'll Do:

• Organize and manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they adhere to scope, budget, and timeline.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and product managers, to break down roadblocks and foster productive collaboration.

• Develop and implement project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks, proactively anticipating and addressing challenges.

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Measure and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process optimizations.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a high-growth environment.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

• Understanding of cloud communications technologies and architecture.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to anticipate and proactively address challenges.

• A proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for excellence.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and embraces change.

The ideal candidate would also have experience with:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.

• Programming and scripting skills.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$87,750.00 - $172,250.00
