This position has the opportunity to work in Columbia, MO out of the Columbia Corps location.  With a recent software upgrade, this role offers the perfect opportunity to bring fresh ideas, help shape new processes and be a key contributor to our long-term success. What You'll Do: You’ll perform full-charge accounting for multiple locations, supporting our ministry operations. Duties include:

• Day-to-day accounting functions, including revenues, payables, and ledger management
• Monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and analysis reporting
• Review and manage budget variances, restricted assets, and grant coordination
• Work closely with Corps Officers and supervisors to ensure financial transparency and compliance
• Help maintain accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in all accounting processes

What You Bring to the Team:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong computer proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
• A collaborative spirit, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality
• Must pass an accounting skills test
