Meet the team behind this journey

As a Technical Project Manager in our IT Security team, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides all security-related services such as security monitoring, threat modelling, pen-testing, and forensics as well as security training and workshops.

Together with a diverse team of highly skilled security engineers, you will drive the development and expansion of these services. You will start with requirements engineering, lead the decision-making process, follow the implementation and execution, and help the team take long-term ownership of the services provided. 

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution and delivery of our IT security projects from start to finish.

• Ensure that project documentation, including project plans, status reports and other project-related documents are accurate, complete and current.

• Obtain feedback and understand requirements from other teams, departments and external stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and met.

• Facilitate a collaborative team process to create a vivid backlog and up-to-date documentation

• Provide project management, communication and coordination of changes

• This is a part-time friendly role and would be ideal for someone looking to work between 28 and 40 hours per week.

Qualities we look for

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager working with Engineers in an agile environment for technical products

• Good understanding of technical context and dependencies

• Comfortable supporting decisions together with the team

• Driving tasks to completion - including documentation and final review

• Analytical and focused on solving problems elegantly but simply. You can analyse and break down large problems into a structured approach with small measurable steps to achieve your goals

• Experience in security projects is an advantage

• Work experience with Atlassian products is an advantage

• Fluent in English
