Physical Therapy Assistant - PRN

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, at Merit Health Wesley, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best-providing quality care to our patients!

Duties Include :

• Assists a Physical Therapist with a patient's rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Typically reports to a physical therapist.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant MS state license.
• BLS certification required.
• PRN position- as needed
