Position Summary: Attention licensed therapists with an LPC, LCSW or LMFT! This is an exciting time to join the Glade Run School Based Mental Health Program which is enjoying tremendous expansion across Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Venango and Clarion Counties! We are looking for bright, passionate, creative mental health therapists to grow along with us. This position will work out of the _________________ School District and offers full benefits, free credentialing assistance, school hours, paid time off during the school year according to the public school calendar, up to 9 weeks of paid time off during the summer months, a $___________ new hire incentive bonus, and the ability to earn up to $500 per quarter ($2000 annually) with productivity incentives. This position also offers the opportunity to work part-time for additional income over the summer when school is not in session at $48.00 per billable hour and $15.00 per administrative/training hour. Our therapists work an average of 4.5 -15 hours per week over the summer, which can account for an extra $1940 - $6500 in annual earnings.What We Offer:

- As of August 31, 2024, a CARF Three-Year Accreditation has been awarded to Glade Run Lutheran Services for the following (programs/services): Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Adults, Children and Adolescents), Intensive Family-Based Services: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents), Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Adults, Children and Adolescents), Outpatient Treatment: Psychosocial Rehabilitation (Adults), Partial Hospitalization: Mental Health (Children and Adolescents)
- Glade Run is Sanctuary certified – we provide a supportive, respectful environment for our clients and our staff where shared governance, open communication, social learning and responsibility, non-violence, emotional intelligence, and growth and change are paramount in all aspects of our programming.
- Complete intakes (inclusive of psychosocial assessment, initial treatment plan and required legal consents) for assigned school-based clients in accordance with outpatient regulations.
- Develop measurable treatment plan goals in collaboration with the assigned school-based client (and legal guardian when indicated).
- Complete treatment reviews in accordance with outpatient regulations.
- Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan.
- Complete clinical progress notes in a timely manner and include references to the treatment plan.
- Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly to ensure effective collaboration and quality of service.
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision activities as scheduled.
- Communicate and collaborate with designated school district personnel when indicated.
