Position Title: Sales Coordinator

Business Unit: Sales

Position Reports to: Sales Manager

Position Type: Hourly, Flex (32 to 40 hours per week)

Wage: $23-$25

Location: Crystal Mountain, Washington

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager & Specialists in planning and execution of all group, corporate, and wedding events. Will coordinate logistics internally across all Business Units including rentals, lessons, food and beverage (F&B), mountain operations, patrol and finance. This is a potentially fast-track growth position - successful candidates will have the opportunity for career growth and progression within the sales organization and the overall resort. Finally, the Specialist will coordinate effectively and in tandem at times with the Events & Partnerships Coordinator position in the Events department as it relates to executing the myriad of on mountain group and consumer events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

· Highly detail oriented and able to multi-task

· Ability to effectively handle guest questions and set expectations

· Previous direct experience with food & beverage, sales, and customer service

· Professional communication skills mandatory

· Proficient computer and interpersonal skills a must – in particular ability to play active role in supporting and managing the Delphi sales management platform

· Position requires a mature, dependable, flexible, team-oriented person who can stay calm under pressure.

· Self-motivated, sales-oriented, and large capacity for multiple projects concurrently

· Must be available for varied shifts and days of the week

· Passionate and enthusiastic skier/rider to support guest activities.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Greet group and corporate attendees, coordinate their purchased products and services ensuring their needs are met

· Assist with event execution including registration, internal logistics and communication

· Deal with guests and employees in a highly professional manner

· Thorough understanding of all products and services available. Will present accurate, detailed information about product offerings.
