Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and reengineers production layouts, designs, and implements efficiency and quality improvement projects across production lines

  • Monitors and analyzes workflows, processes, procedures, and line activities to identify and resolve bottlenecks

  • Provides ongoing production support and troubleshooting while developing operations-wide measurement standards

  • Creates cost models to support customer proposals and cost reduction initiatives

  • Collaborates with administrative, financial, and quality team(s) to develop viable guidelines for safety and quality standards

  • Develops documentation system to ensure accurate and timely updates

  • Leads and participates in process improvement workshops

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
