JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and reporting. In this role, you will design and implement processes and solutions for analyzing a wide variety of data sets used in data/text mining, modeling, and prediction to drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop tools, algorithms, dashboards, and reports to monitor business performance, while communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ultimately, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, building and maintaining complex reports and dashboards, and supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions to fuel business growth.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights that align with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain automated reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
  • Provide support in the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience SSRS report development
  • Strong knowledge of SQL 2005/2008
  • Familiar with relational database concepts

Preferred Experience

  • Expertise with Power BI and Python.
  • Clinical Interventions experience.
  • Managed Care industry experience - Medicare.
