Overview of Position Responsibilities

Lead multiple project and oversee strategic project execution
Guide preconstruction and estimating across multiple projects
Develop and maintain key client relationships
Monitor project performance, profitability, and team development
Provide mentorship and strategic direction to project teams
Drive business development and future opportunities
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications

6-8 years construction experience with 5+ years in healthcare 
Proven success managing multiple projects and teams
Strong financial and business acumen
Expert knowledge of AIA contracts and GMP structures
Certifications preferred: ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, LEED AP
Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills
