<p><em>Are you a seasoned Cost Engineer looking to take on complex and challenging building projects within a leading Greek construction and development company?</em></p><p><em>Do you have a knack for precise cost estimation and project management in the dynamic field of professional real estate?</em></p><p></p><p><strong>ManpowerGroup</strong>, on behalf of its client, a Greek construction and development company that offers integrated solutions in the professional real estate market, is seeking a:</p><p><strong>Senior Cost Engineer (Civil - Electrical – Mechanical)</strong></p><p> </p><p>📌 Location: <strong>Ilioupoli</strong></p><p>🖋️ You will be reporting to: <strong>Costing Supervisor</strong></p><p></p><p>What you will do:</p><ul><ul> <li>Quantity surveying – Measurement of works</li> <li>Conduct preliminary costing of projects</li> <li>Preparation of offers and budgets for the new projects</li> <li>Preparation of the necessary technical documents for the offer (technical description, schedule, etc.)</li> <li>Occasional visits to the project site as part of the offer preparation</li> <li>Communication with stakeholders</li> </ul></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Candidate’s profile:</p><ul> <li>Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Electrical - Mechanical Engineering </li> <li>7 to 10 years of experience in cost estimation and measurement of building projects</li> <li>Experience with complex building projects and strict deadlines</li> <li>Experience in Public Works will be considered an asset</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of English</li> <li>Essential knowledge of AutoCAD</li> <li>Desired knowledge of MS Project</li> <li>Knowledge of BIM will be considered an asset</li> </ul><p></p><p>Skills</p><ul> <li>Communication skills, teamwork, and a spirit of collaboration</li> <li>Organizational skills, attention to detail, consistency in meeting deadlines</li> <li>Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Compensation package and Benefits:<br/> </p><p>✔️ Competitive salary  </p><p>✔️ Private health Insurance</p><p>✔️ Company mobile and laptop</p><p>✔️ Work in a challenging company environment.<br/> </p><p>👥 Recruitment Process:</p><ul> <li>If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
