Duties:

- Maintain residential & ICF activity binders.
- Manages and distributes resident and staff birthday calendars to all homes and families.
- Conducts and documents monthly fire drills and quarterly tornado drills for the Residential, Day Habilitation and Vocational Programs.
- Collaborates with the ICF/Residential & Day Services Director and then plans, coordinates, implements, conducts and documents individuals’ personal choices regarding on-campus and off-campus activities on a weekly basis to include weeknights, weekends, holidays and etc.
- Collaborates with the ICF/Residential & Day Services Director and then plans, schedules, coordinates, documents and if needed implements individual requests for additional off-campus activities and services.
- Managing the ROI calendar.
- Filing information for ICF/Residential & Day Services Director, QDDPs,QIDPs, and Program Coordinators.
- Collaborates with the ICF/Residential & Day Services Director in order to and create a monthly calendar of all Residential Program events and distributes copies to all residents, staff and parents/guardians.
- Processes House Managers’ requests for household items and supplies and either allocates donated items or purchases the items needed with approval from the Program Director.
- Serves as a member of the Human Rights Committee (HRC) and Behavior Program Committee (BPRC) and participates in appropriate ROI meetings and/or committees, as requested.
- Completes Minutes for the HRC and BPRC meetings and maintains binders for each meeting.
- Maintain the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Meeting Binders for Residential/Vocational/Day Hab/ICF.
- Serves as the back-up for the Carpenter Center Receptionist.
- Serves as the back- up transport for Medical Appointments.
- Serves on the On-Call Rotation for the Residential Program.
- Assist in gassing vans at least weekly.
- In carrying out duties, complies with all ROI and regulatory and governing agencies’ regulations, standards, requirements, policies and procedures.
- Keeps the ICF/Residential & Day Services Director informed of any complaints, incidents or issues involving resident accounts, activities, safety or services.
- Performs such other duties as assigned by the ICF/Residential & Day Services Director.
