Under the direction of the SVP of HR + Compliance Officer the Staffing Data and PBJ Reporting Strategist is responsible for leading the collection, validation, and submission of staffing and census data in compliance with CMS Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) requirements. This role ensures the organization meets federal guidelines for data accuracy and timeliness and supports operational excellence through the strategic analysis of staffing patterns and workforce metrics

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, HR, Business, or related field. (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years in payroll, compliance, or long-term care operations (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and XML file formatting strong attention to detail.
• A general understanding of PPD for the SNF industry is ideal
• Familiarity with CMS PBJ requirements and related reporting systems
• Experience working with payroll and time keeping systems (e.g. Paylocity, Paycom, etc) (preferred)
