Business Analyst-AML Projects

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, including use cases, process flows, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of system changes.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Define and document business rules and logic for AML projects.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to AML compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in AML projects.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
