We're on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join our vibrant team! This person will play an exciting, multifaceted role, providing crucial administrative support for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) while spearheading special projects under the guidance of our leadership. Based in our Los Angeles office, you'll be at the forefront, supporting C-Suite executives and overseeing day-to-day office operations, fostering a positive office culture, and cultivating an environment where cross-collaboration thrives. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, we're seeking someone with top-notch communication skills, an eye for detail, reliable follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion is essential.
What you will do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and CMO, including complex calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel coordination, and facilitating cross-functional communication.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing incoming communications while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Expertly manage and optimize calendars and travel, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up on action items.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment to support daily operations, shipping/receivables, and vendor management.
- Support the coordination of office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all general office inquiries and requests.

Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- 5+ years of experience providing executive support to senior-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Office Management experience is a plus!
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in G-Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of Oura’s administration team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Must be based in the Los Angeles area.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
