Essential duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. Responsibilities include receiving and unpacking deliveries, managing logistics and shipping of NSS and BOM boxes, stocking inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a focus on safety and accuracy. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are essential for occasional local and regional transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive shipments, inspect for quality, and ensure proper unpacking and storage.
• Manage the shipping of NSS and BOM boxes, ensuring accurate labeling, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Stock and organize inventory in designated areas; assist with quarterly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; support routine inventory checks.
• Operate a company vehicle for local deliveries or pickups; must maintain a clean driving record.
• Partner with team members and other departments to meet daily goals and provide support as needed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse or related environment preferred

• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Good driving record required for occasional transportation duties

• Forklift certification is a plus (training may be provided)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift

• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed
