Digital Casino Content Specialist

 JOB SUMMARY: 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Online Casino Content, the Online Content Specialist will be responsible for the game deployment process for the Caesars Palace Online Casino, Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, Tropicana Casino, WSOP.com Casino, and HarrahsCasino.com brands. This includes, but is not limited to games publishing, creation of game image tiles, writing game descriptions, research & analysis of current and upcoming casino games, preparation of game certificates for Product Compliance, as well as testing the games on different platforms. The role also requires the candidate to assist the promotions team with providing game-specific knowledge and information to better market and promote new and current games.

DIRECTLY SUPERVISES (PLEASE LIST POSITION TITLES): 

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:  

• Data entry of games content into Casino Games Management System
• Prepare games to be deployed on the Production environment for approval.
• Create digital game tiles of varying sizes
• Work with QA for daily smoketests and game release testing
• Write search-engine optimized game descriptions for current and new games
• Assist in the maintenance of the games roadmap
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documents required for regulatory compliance in different jurisdictions.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of New Game release emails and newsletters

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 2+ years of experience working in the Casino industry (Online preferred)
• Knowledge of casino games and experience working with vendors like NetEnt, IGT, LnW, etc.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, or related field
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other image manipulation/creation software. 
• Working knowledge and experience in Jira, player account management systems Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience in roles where attention to detail is key.

• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
• Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner.
• Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
• Regular attendance in the office
