Summary:
Qorvo Sensor Fusion Business Unit is looking for a Sr. Analog IC Design Engineer. In this role, the candidate is expected to be responsible for upgrading existing analog front-end and integrated sensors circuits design. There will be exposure to customer feedback through our solution team on potential requirements and feature upgrade. The ability of MEMS model translation into electrical domain for overall performance simulation is crucial for successful completion of design. The candidate will also be expected to lead the circuit characterization and mass production test correlation. The success is measured by bringing the device from concepts to mass production.
Responsibilities:
- Analog blocks schematic design
- Corner analysis
- Block level and chip top level art-work
- Block level verification including LVS/DRC/PEX
- Chip top level verification
- Documentation of design results, characterization results and DFMEA
Requirements:
- 10+ years design exp
- Expert in Analog IC design
- Proficient in translating MEMS model into equivalent circuits
- Competent in Cadence design environment and Calibre/ASSURA verification flow
- Experience in chip top level and production experience is a plus
- Must-Have Attributes:
- Team player
- Good work ethics
- Proven track record of innovation
- Education:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Analog IC Design
