Environmental Services Supervisor

Schedule: Full time - 3pm-11:30pm, Weekend and holiday availability as needed. 

Main Function:

• Responsible for the direct supervision of associates whom perform housekeeping duties throughout the facility. 
• This includes responsibilities for scheduling coverage, selecting associates, orientation/training, performance assessment, coaching, counseling, recognition, discipline, problem solving, and prioritizing work.
• Assures that high standards of cleanliness and efficiency are maintained per OSHA, DOH, and JC standards.  Enforces department, Health System policies and procedures.

Qualifications: (Licenses, Certifications)

• None required or preferred.

Education:

• Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Require at least 3 years housekeeping experience in a hospital/nursing home.
• Prefer experience as a supervisor.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00

Starting Pay: Based on experience.
