Our unique portfolio supports our clients in efficiently and responsibly solving complex digital, energy transition, natural resource, environmental, and infrastructure challenges for a more sustainable future. </p><p>With our drive, deep curiosity and understanding of the Earth and its subsurface, we’re uncovering new, more sustainable ways for our clients to meet the needs of their customers and achieve their business and energy transition goals.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR Team based in Massy!</p><p>Reporting to the HR Director for France and Southern Europe, the successful candidate will be in charge of the HR function within their scope and actively contribute to HR strategy.</p><p>Situated at the core of the Business Line, you will serve as the primary liaison for managers and employees, championing operational HR solutions in alignment with organizational interests and policies. Your role extends to safeguarding the entire employee experience, from candidate selection and integration to contract completion. With the support of the HR and EAME teams, you will manage legal aspects and contractual obligations within your domain, ensuring seamless coordination with fellow HR team members.</p><p><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p><p><strong>Recruitment and Mobility: </strong>Manage relationships with schools, propose local initiatives to enhance CGG's visibility, and oversee the recruitment process in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. Take charge of internal mobility, impatriations, and expatriations within your scope.</p><p><strong>Individual and Collective Performance: </strong>Support management in team performance management, oversee appraisal cycles, and assist managers in initiatives aimed at improving individual performance.</p><p><strong>Talent Development and Management: </strong>Assist employees in their career development, contribute to people reviews within your scope, and implement actions to develop and retain talent.</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with Group and business line strategy. Collaborate closely with the C&B team, manage the annual salary review, including promotions, and oversee the audit of variable compensation and its distribution.</p><p><strong>HR Projects: </strong>Actively participate in French and international project groups focusing on diversity & inclusion, professional equality, and organizational change. Contribute to the constant improvement of the employee experience and HR processes and tools.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Master's degree in HR, 5 to 7 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
