Join our team of Patient Access Representatives supporting our team as Lead. Shifts: Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. No weekends, no holidays.Why Join Our Team:

Summary
Must be able to function as a resource for employees, internal departments, and outside customers. Familiar with all areas of the department and can fill in, answer questions, and assist in resolving issues within the department.Job Description
Must be able to work independently without much supervision and accept accountability for individual tasks. Excels in customer service skills. Assists with new employee orientation and serves as a mentor. May provide oversight of work tasks and adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage due to absences or lack of float coverage. Assists with on-going department education and training. May develop training curriculum and materials to ensure that departmental training needs are met. May facilitate change and ensure adoption of new processes. Demonstrates analytical decision-making, information gathering, presentation, project management, group facilitation and training skills. May assist in managing productivity and department reports.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Associate degree preferred.Two years of One Chart or similar electronic medical records (EMR) experience required. Five years of customer service experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience required.
