Sr. HR Generalist – Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity
Our HCBS program supports individuals who choose to receive care in their homes or community settings—promoting independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life. As the HR Generalist for HCBS, you’ll play a vital role in building and supporting the workforce behind this meaningful care. From ensuring regulatory compliance to maintaining clear communication, you’ll help cultivate a positive, mission-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions related to HCBS
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field recruiters
  • Ensure caregiver onboarding is complete and compliant with regulations
  • Maintain caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards
  • Coordinate regular in-service training on HCBS-related topics
  • Ensure caregivers have access to benefit information and a channel to voice concerns
  • Recommend improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery
  • Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure full compliance
  • Support conflict resolution and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Travel to Pines Village location as needed
