Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions related to HCBS
- Provide leadership and guidance to field recruiters
- Ensure caregiver onboarding is complete and compliant with regulations
- Maintain caregiver compliance with annual CHAC standards
- Coordinate regular in-service training on HCBS-related topics
- Ensure caregivers have access to benefit information and a channel to voice concerns
- Recommend improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery
- Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure full compliance
- Support conflict resolution and promote a respectful, inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Travel to Pines Village location as needed
