The Manufacturing Process Operator is responsible for operating grinding/polishing/deburr machines/tools, pressure washers, grit blasters, pickle tanks, paint equipment, material-moving equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.), and related shop equipment/tools.

What you’ll do:

• Operate a wide range of production equipment and tooling, including grinders, polishers, deburr machines, grit blasters, pressure washers, pickle tanks, paint equipment, and material-handling equipment (forklifts, jib/gantry cranes, etc.).

• Prepare components for painting and finishing, including cleaning and masking.

• Size, blend, and measure components using a variety of hand tools and shop equipment.

• Maintain accountability for compliance, safety, quality, and productivity in all tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.

What you’ll bring:

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum of 1 year of mechanical or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment using electrical, pneumatic, and manual hand tools.

• Assessment: Ability to successfully pass a manufacturing skills assessment.

• Work Readiness: 18 years of age or older; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation; willingness to work 1st shift.

• Safety: Commitment to working in a tobacco-free environment and willingness to wear personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, ear plugs, and safety shoes).

• Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship now or in the future).

Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $21.292 - $22.455. This position is also eligible for shift premium when you work on an off shift i.e. 2nd or 3rd shift. Plus $1.00 USD an hour on top of base pay. This posting is expected to close Oct 20th, 2025.
