Position : Healthcare Payer Business analyst

Location : Germantown, Maryland

Hybrid

we need a candidate with at least 6-8 years expertise working in a Healthcare payer ecosystem and having worked on some or all of these modules listed below  with knowledge of underlying data connects  (atleast at high level).

• Benefit Plans
• Enrollment and Membership
• Groups
• Premium Billing
• Provider Networks and Contracts
• Claims Processing and Payment
• Capitation
• Authorization and Referrals
• Enterprise-Wide Workflow
• Security
• Reporting & Analytics

Overall 8+ years’ experience with minimum of 4 years’ experience in BA role

• Knowledge of Health care Payor domain
• Requirement Gathering in agile methodology
• Collection and documentation of requirements from customer
• Advice and support in the assessment of complexity as well as Prioritization of requirements
• Support for the transfer of requirements to the development team
• Strong English skills (for the purposes of all documentation requirements are to be in English only)
• Strong customer orientation and professionalism in dealing with external customers
• Experience in the work of distributed teams
