Job Description

  • Project management & execution
    • Leading day to day execution of client engagements by managing small teams of consultants and subject matter experts in detailed market analysis, strategic assessments, and forecasting within space, satellite, and aviation focus areas
    • Coordinating internal resources, external experts, and vendors to ensure project success and provide strong communication to stakeholders throughout an engagement
    • Providing excellent client service by leading client interface as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement, and ensuring deliverables meet all applicable scopes and budgets
    • Developing presentations to communicate progress, interim, and final results to customers
    • Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
    • Effectively communicating and measuring project performance to all stakeholders using internal organizational tools
    • Managing internal IP (databases, econometric models, primary research)
  • Project technical leadership
    • Designing and implementing analytical approaches and resource plans to complete commercial engagements
    • Leading teams in developing questions for research and investigation, conducting research to obtain relevant data, and developing research and data driven solutions

Qualifications

  • Relevant advanced degree (MBA, MPP, other) in business, economics, finance, engineering, science, computer science, systems engineering, or related analytic, engineering, math, science, or technology field.
  • 5 years of previous analysis experience, with at least 3 years of project management experience on commercial or government projects
  • MUST have attention to detail
  • Expertise in space and satellite, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, aviation, or other space-relevant industries
  • Superior analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience managing high-functioning teams of 3-5 personnel, including subject matter experts is preferred
  • Experience at an international consulting, advisory, or investment firm is preferred
  • Due to our work on Federal government, Bryce hires U.S. citizens only. Proof of citizenship will be a requirement for employment.
