Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Overtime may be required to support business needs
What you will do
As a Repair Technician, you will perform in-house servicing and repair of company products.
- Receive, test, repair, and ship various products using considerable independent judgement to ensure quality, correctness, and proper procedures are used
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures
- Perform maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products
- Resolve issues independently and update the support team as required
- Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues
- Assist others in resolving their issues, offers advice and possible solutions to them
- Work from engineering drawings and/or follow documented instructions
- Perform shipping tasks and coach peers associated with international repair
What you need
Required
- Capable of performing medium work, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to adhere to safety requirements including wearing necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- Repairing machinery, consoles, equipment; troubleshooting
