Senior Manager, Digital Strategy (Sam's Club)

Position Summary...

As Senior Manager, Digital Strategy, you’ll play a key role in shaping how information and resources are delivered across the organization. This role combines digital content management and communications strategy to ensure associates have access to accurate, engaging, and actionable information. You’ll oversee the creation and upkeep of tools, playbooks, and digital resources, while also leading communication initiatives that support both local and enterprise-wide priorities.

What you'll do...

Digital Resource Management

• Build, manage, and maintain WIRE content, lookup tools, and landing pages.
• Collaborate across teams to design and publish playbooks.
• Ensure digital resources are continuously accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Support and drive initiatives such as cloud migrations and digital clean-up efforts.

Communications

• Develop clear, tailored communications for diverse audiences—from single clubs to the full organization.
• Manage and maintain multiple communications platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to operationalize messaging and ensure consistency.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
