How you will make an impact: 

As a Caregiver at Prairie Cottages, your main role is to provide personal care and services to residents, following guidelines and regulations. This includes various tasks like regulatory compliance, handling emergencies, assisting residents with memory loss, organizing activities, managing nursing and health services, dietary needs, personnel matters, marketing, customer service, and household management. The overarching goal of a Caregiver is to maintain the highest level of care and services while upholding ethical standards and respecting the dignity of residents and their families. 

Schedule: The schedule for this role is Full-Time or Part-Time. Currently Only PM & NOC Shifts Available! PT PM, FT PM, PT NOC, and FT NOC.

• 2-week block schedule 

• Every other weekend & some and holidays are a requirement 

What you will need: 

• Must be at least 16 years old 

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or have completed approved personal care training courses, including those provided by PSC 

• CPR certification is preferred but not required 

• Experience working in an Assisted Living facility is preferred but not required
