Location: Averly East Village

ECI Group is currently hiring a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns for Inscription Channel District, luxury apartment living in the heart of Tampa. This is a part-time (24 hours/week), temporary role from May through August. Hourly pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Do

• Perform various marketing activities to increase brand awareness in the Tampa market and reach potential residents.
• Prepare promotional materials in coordination with marketing team.
• Conduct regular outreach to local businesses, restaurants, and retail establishments to build brand awareness and potentially forge partnerships with such businesses.
• Identify and attend appropriate networking and promotional events, such as community events like farmers markets and festivals.
• Assist with distribution of marketing materials.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills; comfort with networking and representing the ECI brand and Inscription Channel Club in a professional manner.
• Attention to detail and ownership of work product. 
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
