General Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations in the Sacramento, CA area, overseeing plants in Lockeford, Santa Rosa, and Orland, CA. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations, this leadership role ensures the safety, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while upholding our company's values and ethical standards. Finally, the selected candidate will work with the local leadership team to build and grow the business.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:

• Leading operations, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Driving profitability by overseeing business planning, cost control, sales strategies, and continuous improvement.
• Managing operations, balancing demand and capacity, ensuring product quality, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Developing and maintaining strong sales relationships, cultivate a robust sales pipeline, and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring a safe, organized work environment, championing safety initiatives and compliance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced General Manager who possess the following skills, education and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience, including P&L and operations management (precast or continuous-flow manufacturing preferred).
• Proven success in developing high-performing teams, driving sales, and improving operational performance.
• Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to safety.

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $175,000—$200,000 USD and is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Precast reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
