As the Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will leverage Alteryx and Power BI to support FP&A and Finance teams in data visualization, dashboard creation, and ad-hoc data provisioning. Additionally, you will contribute to ease the repetitive reporting and dashboard creation for FP&A and Finance teams to save time. Underlying information will be either in Snowflake or in OneStream and will be analyzed using Alteryx Data Analytics and Power BI tools. You will offer support and training to stakeholders on both tools and ensuring data governance. This role will report to the Director of Financial Systems.

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting reporting and analytics in a complex enterprise working in Finance area, preferably in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
• Must have Power BI experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Alteryx, with working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, and Snowflake.
• Understanding of accounting and financial analysis concepts
• Familiarity with Data Science concepts and data quality and governance principles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

• Big 4 Consulting experience is a plus
• Innovative problem-solving, proactive approach, and flexibility in task prioritization.
• Exhibits willingness to tackle new areas and challenging topics.
• Effective communication, presenting data based on audience needs.
• Comfortable working independently and seeking guidance when needed.
• Comfortable asking questions/seeking directions to ensure deliverables are timely and accurate
• Outstanding time-management and organizational skills.
• Understanding of reporting automation from data source to output in PPT and XLS.
• Understanding accounting and finance analyses concepts

Hybrid schedule - must be in the Philadelphia office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).
