T-RN/ Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Assist with various medical procedures and examinations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations and protocols
• Stay current on nursing best practices and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred

Benefits

Location: Medford, PA

Class/Area: T-RN/RN

Pay Rate: $1,344-$1,536 based on experience

Bonus: $200 one time payment (2nd or 3rd paycheck)

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 8 weeks

Hours per Week: 32

Shift and Time: 1 Shift, 10:45pm-7:15am

Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend

Experience required: Minimum of 2years

License Required: RN or Compact RN License

Certificates Required: BLS
