How You’ll Contribute:
This person will be a part of the day-to-day media production team as an On-Site Media Production Specialist. This person will be expected to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience working on corporate media projects. Daily duties will focus on productions and virtual events. Productions will include prepping video shoots, capturing content, editing and delivery of the final asset under the direction of the On-Site Supervisor. Virtual events will focus on managing and executing webinars. This position will be working with all levels of leadership within the company so a professional and approachable attitude will be necessary for success.
** Location: This position will operate out of downtown Indianapolis, IN
What You’ll Do:
• Media Project Production Through Delivery of Asset.
• Studio/Field Capture – Lighting, video, and audio.
• Post-production utilizing ADOBE Creative Suite apps.
• Ability to edit within specific timeframes.
• Adherence to department storage and file delivery standards.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with the client through this process.
• Setup, testing, operation, and tear down of production gear in preparation of webcast or studio shoots as required. Ability to use current department equipment and learn new equipment quickly in a studio and field environment.
• Recording meetings and remote participants for projects using Microsoft Teams.
• Must have a professional, confident approach and is comfortable working with all levels of customers including executive leaders.
• Other duties as assigned will include pre-production meetings, testing of solutions and equipment, inventory of assets, etc.
What You’ll Bring:
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience in Multi-Media Creation and Video Editing.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ Years Experience in Corporate Media Production.
• Prefer experience in a corporate environment.
• Professional Reel must be provided for review.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience at a professional level. This includes, but is not limited to, Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Certifications are preferred but not necessary.
• Microsoft 365 +CoPilot.
• Teams Meeting Suite.
• This location relies on the use of Team Meetings, Webinars and Town Halls for day-to-day activities.
• AI Prompt-Craft: Comfortable generating accurate content using AI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3D Design would be a nice to have but not necessary for employment.
• The work environment is generally in a corporate office.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Travel: Local (within 10 miles) productions are required. There may be an opportunity to travel nationally and internationally.
• This position will operate out of downtown Indianapolis, IN.
