EBPI - Engineering -Avignon - Project Manager

About the role

• Project manager takes under his/her  responsibility the  management of industrial projects from their opportunity study to their  commissioning and start up.
• Assess and study the different technical scenarios to define  the most appropriated to meet the customer ,  budget , and time schedule  expectations.
• She / he issues the specifications according to customer requirement, analyse the suppliers offers, participate to the supplier selection, contract redaction with  management and purchasing department.
• Thanks to her/ his technical   communications and organisational  skills drive and monitor the project realisation.
• She / He is Engaged   with suppliers and plant team  in  detail engineering phases, safety design, factory acceptance tests, commissioning , final acceptance tests.
• She / he is the interface between the client ( plant team) , the suppliers and  is involved in the steering committee . In accordance with the  project organisation can lead or attend the steering committee
• PM Guaranty  equipment conformity with the  regulation and  ETEX   EHS  standards and specifications,  time schedule and budget respected . 
• PM can have some technical assistance to carry out in order  to give  support to operational teams when some issues are recurrent or difficult to solve with the plant staff. PM will coordinate the necessary support from the experts in the different technologies trough the Technological Experts.
• PM is the responsible to coordinate the early participation of others Etex engineering member or other department involved in capex procedure ( EHS team , Purchasing Team,  Sourcing Manager, technological experts , local teams ) .

About you

• Minimum education: Engineer or confirmed technician with  technical education  . Mechanic   and electricity automation educations are a plus .
• Minimum experience within the field of engineering , project management( 5 years)
• This position  can  match for experienced operational profile who has the willingness and skills  to move to engineering department 
• Language skills: English mandatory  
• Ability to work  with multicultural teams
• Agility to adapt his way of working to multicultural specificities
• Technical background, operational background appreciated, good relationship, pragmatic approach, pugnacity ,  ability to work in team and in challenging situation, customer focussed  open to innovation  are  the other  main qualities  required to hold this position.
