TITLE: Senior Product Manager: Data Products & Platform 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

The Data Product Leader, will define, re-define and realize Duck Creek’s long term Data Strategy. You will be at the forefront of developing the products, platforms and pipelines which will enable the next generation of value to our customers, transforming the insurance industry. 

You will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of data products and services initiatives that drive business value. 

This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role acting as an internal subject matter expert across Duck Creek as well as leading a team, upleveling an already leading product set and representing product management cross-functionally helping to establish data policies. This role works with senior product leadership to establish overall vision and is responsible for the realization of the product roadmap. 
 

• Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.  

• Develop and manage product roadmaps and release schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.  

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product lines and enhancements.  

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new lines of business and product innovation.  

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.  

• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.  

• Lead by influence partnering with other organizations within Duck Creek to challenge the norm and advocate for the best outcomes of their product area(s). 

• Lead by example seeking out product management best practices and demonstrating those across the product management team.  

• Champion data privacy and security at the speed of business; advocating for what’s best for our customers and Duck Creek in a capacity limited environment. 

• Acts as an internal SME for all things data-as-a-product and governance-as-an-ethos across the organization.  

WHAT YOU’VE DONE: 

• Bachelors degree or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role. 

• 6+ years of experience in product management; 3+ years in a strategic leadership role. 

• 2+ years of experience designing and deliveri
