Description
We aim to revolutionize the landscape of evidence generation for clinical research. We believe that technology, novel study design and the power of data can significantly accelerate new therapeutics into the market. The Sponsor Research team delivers software to support clinical research studies. The users of this study platform are organizations who sponsor the clinical research, such as pharmaceutical companies, as well as our internal Verily team that supports the study conduct and operations of the Sponsors. We are enabling a scalable, global platform on Cloud architecture that allows clinical researchers to design, launch, recruit for and run clinical studies quickly and efficiently - avoiding costly delays, inefficiencies and low-quality datasets - while meeting regulatory compliance requirements.
This role is fundamental to the success of Verily as it focuses on enabling customer value for Sponsors, who are a key market segment in precision health. By providing a streamlined, scalable platform for clinical studies, we will accelerate the process of evidence generation and the quality of the evidence generated. You will have the opportunity to use your skills across the three pillars of enterprise product management: technical, market and business.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy for the Sponsor study platform, aligning it to the Verily evidence generation story, creating capabilities for digitized protocols, eConsent, ePROs, novel study design and study analytics.
- Craft a roadmap of initiatives and epics that drive material customer value and competitive differentiation; this will leverage first party build, Verily platform components, integration of third party capabilities and Google Cloud services.
- Manage the business of the product, forming models for market, revenue, contribution and understanding the pipeline.
- Partner with key customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- Lead and nurture a team of product managers to grow and support them.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of real world evidence for HEOR or clinical studies.
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years of technical Cloud or managed services experience.
- 5+ years of nurturing and growing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with phase II-IV pharma-sponsored clinical studies.
- Experience with FHIR and CDISC.
- Scientific bachelor's degree.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $194,000-$289,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
