Maintenance Worker - Oshkosh

Clarity Care, providers of a wide variety of services for persons with developmental disabilities, is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform duties relating to all facets of maintenance and repair to our company properties. 

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry, fixing minor electrical and plumbing problems, painting, lawn care/landscaping, snow removal, routine safety equipment inspections, light vehicle repair and maintenance, etc.
• Maintain and promote safety in the workplace and ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with various building, fire, AFH, CBRF, and other applicable codes. 
• Complete required documentation pertaining to work orders. 
• Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications:

1. Experience, knowledge/background, skills and relevant experience in general maintenance procedures.
2. Valid WI driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
3. Pass a periodic WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.
