Senior Logistics Operator
The Senior Logistics Operator is responsible for various Operations duties required to fulfill the scope outlined in the statement of work contracted with sponsors. Operates to maintain CellCarta Logistics Inc. (CCL) as a trusted provider of laboratory manuals, labels and kits for specialty assay.

The Senior Logistics Operator is responsible for various Operations duties required to fulfill the scope outlined in the statement of work contracted with sponsors. Operates to maintain CellCarta Logistics Inc. (CCL) as a trusted provider of laboratory manuals, labels and kits for specialty assay.
Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Regulatory Oversight
- Manage item requests and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all materials
- Perform regulatory checks and ensure compliance with applicable standards
- Source and evaluate new or substitute materials, and oversee bulk material management
- Monitor shelf stock levels and create purchase requests to maintain inventory
- Conduct regular cycle counts to improve inventory accuracy
- Receive materials and ensure proper handling, including quarantine or disposal when required
- Perform routine reviews of items requiring quarantine
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and work instructions while actively identifying and implementing process improvements
- Guide, train, and reassess team members
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and MasterControl documentation
- Engage in continuous process improvement and troubleshooting
- Support implementation and documentation of procedures, forms, and policies
- Supply Preparation (picking, SRFs, lab address labels, manual production, peer review)
- Label Production (production and peer review)
- Kit & Supply Material Assembly (including shippers and label handling)
- Shipping (order picking, documentation, packing, and shipping)
- Work Order Creation & Inventory Management
- Secondary diploma or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in operations/production environment
- Thorough process knowledge; ability to guide, train and re-assess (new) employees
- Competency with Microsoft Office
- Intermediate-level experience with excel (an asset)

- Problem-Solving: Quickly addressing and resolving issues, such as delays or supply chain disruptions

- Teamwork: The ability to work cooperatively within a team/work group and across the company to achieve group and company goals. Has a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to identify and draw out information needed to solve problems, seek the root cause and develop an understanding by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach with the focus on a desired outcome
- Flexibility: Openness to different and new ways of doing things; willingness to support the introduction of new and improved methods, products, procedures, or technologies. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring smooth operations
- Contract type: Interim position
- Work Schedule: Full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, starting between 08:15 and 09:00
