The Anderson Automotive Group is a family-owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history.  We have expanded to a 16-dealership group with our 17th dealership coming soon! We are adding to our growing corporate accounting team in Raleigh, NC, and are looking for an automotive title clerk to join our team. This is a full-time Monday through Friday position.

If you have extreme attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, work well on a team, and individually in a high-volume environment, this opportunity is for you! The ideal candidate would have 1 year or more of title clerk experience, preferably from the automotive industry.

What we are looking for:

  • Individuals with outstanding multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Title Clerk (preferred)
  • CDK and Automotive experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to utilize multiple software systems
  • Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Examine paperwork from the stores to ensure conformity to specified requirements
  • Prepare and submit paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Cut checks to the DMV
  • Reassign titles on trades
  • Prepare and submit paperwork to 3rd party processor for out-of-state deals
  • Maintain title log (Google Doc) for all title work in process and completed, including logging issues
  • Maintain and clean accounting schedules; cut checks to customers for refunds
  • Stay abreast of county and state title regulation requirements
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
