Job Description

We are looking for passionate architects who are driven, proactive and willing to work within a highly dynamic team. They need to hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture/ urban design/ interior design or equivalent qualification.

We are looking for the following skills:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a team environment.

· Good spoken and written English Skills is essential.

· Great visualization and rendering skills, ability to work with various 3d modeling software and rendering engines is essential.
· Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere) would be advantageous.

· 3d Max/ Unreal and rendering add-ons such as Vray/ Enscape would be highly appreciated.
· Advanced design tools such as Grasshopper/ Dynamo/Scripting would be highly appreciated.

· Experience in BIM/REVIT projects would be highly appreciated.
· Passion for detailing and solving problems.

· Ability to work under own initiative with established timeframes and a high degree of accuracy.
· Willingness and drive to work collaboratively and integrate in a dynamic team focused on developing together and meeting expectations of our International Clients.

We are expanding our multidisciplinary design team involved in a wide range of projects Worldwide.

The architectural group is looking for colleagues to involve them in projects across various geographies with many of them covering all design phases, from scratch to construction phase and are being developed at the highest level of technical expertise, BIM, and collaborative working. We offer a diversity of tasks to develop your skills from master planning, architecture, interior, presentation, and graphic design as well as possibility to learn new software. If you are driven and focused on your development, coordination and project management are at hand for you no matter your level of experience.

You will be required to:

· Collaborate closely with local and international teams on the project delivery.

· Work closely with lead architects to deliver at a high level of quality.

· Create 3D models of conceptual drawings and realistic renderings.

· Work with visualization team to assist project teams in the realization of their designs in a variety of image formats.

· Translate design sketches and CAD documents to create high quality architectural visualizations via 3D still and animated renderings, and 2D illustrations displaying compelling imagery.

· Work with visualization team and design teams to develop CGI styles and shared resources.
