Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain all makes and models with precision
  
  
• Communicate clearly with service writers and fellow techs to ensure smooth workflow
  
  
• Deliver accurate, detailed, and reliable repairs with pride and professionalism
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized bay and uphold shop safety standards
  
  
• Support a team-driven, customer-first culture 

Qualifications

• What We’re Looking For
  
  
  • 5–7+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
    
    
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across all systems
    
    
  • Team-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented attitude
    
    
  • Committed to excellence and customer satisfaction
    
    
  • ASE certifications or factory training preferred
    
    

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
