EquipmentShare is searching for a Manager, Omnichannel Operations & Analytics to support our Omnichannel Experience team as the department continues to grow. This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.
The Manager, Omnichannel Operations & Analytics will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, working directly with marketing, creative, data science, sales, and product leaders to set and maintain a standard for operational excellence across the organization. In this capacity, the Manager, Omnichannel Operations & Analytics will help design and lead net-new operational systems, lean processes and programs to uplevel capabilities and drive efficiency in campaigns, marketing analytics, channel management, and creative production.
Primary Responsibilities for a Manager, Omnichannel Operations & Analytics:
- You’ll be a driving force in advancing our team’s capabilities and operational rigor in planning, experimentation, execution, evaluation and optimization by ensuring adequate scoping, effective communication paths, lean process, and efficient operating rhythm
- Develop and manage governance workflows that support efficient cross-organization communication, alignment and clear paths for execution and escalation across marketing, sales, analytics, and engineering teams
- Create and evolve planning and execution playbooks to drive alignment with internal and external partners
- Support annual planning and execution roadmaps in partnership with adjacent teams
- Streamline and optimize team and cross-organizational processes, workflows and operational best practice to ensure digital marketing and adjacent functions (Sales, Analytics, Tech) are operating efficiently and effectively
- You’ll work closely with our business, product, tech, & design teams to foster and manage our creative production process, including
- Oversee the development of marketing automation execution, own omni-channel communications and work in collaboration with product, content, and sales teams to build campaigns and drive seamless execution of omnichannel programs
- Work with data teams to establish KPIs, set up tagging/tracking, monitor performance, implement tests, and make data-driven optimization recommendations across marketing channels
- Lead and mentor a team of dedicated specialists, setting high standards for program and project management and operational excellence

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing, operations, or strategy experience
- Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive understanding of and perspective on new concepts, channels, and products, inclusive of both high-level strategy and tactical operational details
- Expert ability, interest, and experience distilling complex topics or processes for cross-functional audiences into simple narratives and streamlined SOPs.
- Strong collaboration, detail orientation, project management, and market research skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Construction or Fleet Management Industry
