Your Mission:

You’ll be at the helm of Events, Promotions, Entertainment, and Caesars Rewards, translating strategic vision into unforgettable moments. Think dazzling performances, viral campaigns, and loyalty experiences that guests rave about.

Key Functions:

• Serve as the boots-on-the-ground leader for strategies from Centralized Marketing Shared Services, the Marketing Pod Leader, and General Manager
• Bring bold ideas to life—overseeing everything from creative concepts and media selection to promotions, publications, and entertainment programming
• Champion coordination between centralized services and local teams to ensure seamless execution
• Report directly to the General Manager and Marketing Pod Leader—your influence will shape operations across both properties

Experience We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, promotions, or entertainment (hospitality/gaming background a plus)
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid NV Gaming License
• Strong communication and leadership abilities that rally a team toward the extraordinary
